My name is Andrew Hypes and I’ve been disc golfing since 2012, playing tournaments since 2018 and running tournaments since 2022.
As president, my main focus is on extending the local player base as much as possible. In the near future, I’d like to see more beginner-friendly courses, more casual competitive opportunities, and more clinics being run in the city.
As always, if you’re reading this and you have an idea for how to improve disc golf in Columbus, message me and I’d love to hear about the possibilities.

Hello I’m Brent Rosen. I have been disc golfing for 25 years. I enjoy playing events, running events and giving back to the community now in days. I was on the board for 2 years and now currently the vice president of the organization.
Currently I run Monday doubles at Griggs which $1 from every entry goes towards the Columbus Flyers club. Griggs Monday doubles raised enough money for new baskets, collars and tee signs. Giving back to the community is a passion of mine and it’s great seeing others doing the same.

Playing disc golf since 2021, I’ve logged 100+ courses across 15 states and counting.
Most of my contributions happen behind the scenes: signage, stamps, jerseys, caddy guides, trophies, promo design, and event photography.
Flyers member since 2022 and actively volunteering with local clubs and tournaments ever since.

I’ve been playing since 2009, and competitively since 2019. After playing and helping the Columbus Flyers I started directing Flyers events in 2024. Lobdell Reserve is my favorite and where I call home.

Greg Jursek

Greg Jursek is the co-owner of Six Sided Discs.
An active member of the central Ohio disc golf community since early 2020, Greg is based in Newark, Ohio and has worked closely with the Licking Legends as well as the Columbus Flyers for over 5 years.
A long-time sponsor of the Brent Hambrick Memorial Open, Greg & Six Sided Discs have attended dozens of Flyers events, donated items as CTPs, created caddy guides, produced course previews and promoted club events and membership.
Now, he’s excited to bring his unique experience, expertise and connections to the club to benefit all of central Ohio disc golf!
